Photos of Xixi National Wetland Park

Another of those lovely humped pedestrian bridges by shankar s.

Don't you simply love those lovely humped (arched) pedestrian bridges? These are a standard feature in all gardens all over the world which have a Chinese theme. Some Taoist temples all over the world also have a small humped (arched) pedestrian bridge in their grounds. I observed that the narrower the bridge, the steeper the hump. We are now in the Xixi Wetlands Reserve in Hangzhou, Chinavcand detailed notes about the reserve appear in previous captions, earlier in this album. (Hangzhou, China, May 2017)
